ARS LONGA osnovan je 1977. Ansambl svira skladbe svih stilskih razdoblja, od renesansnih plesova do suvremene glazbe, uključujući i djela naših skladatelja (M. Miletić, Z. Tanodi, A. Klobučar) pisana posebno za njega. Ars Longa izdao je i CD s ragtime glazbom Scotta Joplina a nedavno je za potrebe HR snimio i ciklus skladbi hrvatskog skladatelja Tomice Simovića posvećenih upravo tom ansamblu.

ARS LONGA - was founded in 1977. The ensemble performs compositions from all style periods, including renaissance dances and contemporary music, as well as the works of Croatian composers (M. Miletić, Z. Tanodi, A. Klobučar) created exclusively for the ensemble. Ars Longa published a CD with Scott Joplin's ragtime music, while recently it also recorded compositions for the Croatian Radio (HR); Tomica Simović, the composer, dedicated those compositions to this particular ensemble.
